My Story

I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 27 years passionately serving my customers and clients as a strength coach, personal trainer, gym owner, and nutrition & lifestyle mentor. In 2014 I experienced a dramatic, life changing transformation of my body, mind and spirit. I hit an extreme low point in my life mentally, physically and emotionally. This turned out to be an absolute blessing in my life as it would be the fuel I needed in order to step up and become my best self.

What I learned from this experience was that there had been something missing in my efforts to help people sustain their results when it came to my work in the gym as a trainer and nutrition coach. One very important piece was missing for a large majority of my clients and I didn’t realize it until it hit me smack in the face through my own transformation.

I knew what to do in the gym, I have been lifting since I was 13 years old and it was my absolute passion. I knew how to fuel my body properly in order to transform physically but, I never applied those same principals to transforming my mind. When life gets extra stressful and when the challenges are coming at us full force, we subconsciously revert back to old habits. This happens because we have not transformed the mind to support our health and wellness goals, most of us only address the physical aspects of transformation - our fitness and nutrition. That is why most people find themselves back where they started or worse off over and over again.

Out of this eye opening experience came an ebook I wrote about my experience, Transformation Gladiator, Mindset the Missing Link as well as an even bigger purpose in life to serve people at a much higher level, help them create ground breaking, long lasting results, and in the process become the best version of themselves.
